Alan Kraminsky, Esq. is a graduate of Rutgers School of Law in Newark, New Jersey, where he was a member of Phi Alpha Delta International Law Fraternity, a two-time competitor in the Rutgers Law School Nathan Baker Mock Trial Competition, and a Clinical Student Attorney for the Rutgers School of Law Child Advocacy Clinic. Prior to attending Rutgers School of Law, Mr. Kraminsky attended New York Law School where he served as a Senator in the New York Law School Bar Association and he was also a member of the New York Law School Criminal Law and Constitutional Law Societies.

Alan Kraminsky, Esq. received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science after graduating with honors from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey, in 2010. Mr. Kraminsky majored in political science with a primary focus on New Jersey State and Local Government with minors in history and labor relations. While at Rutgers, Mr. Kraminsky served as a legislative aide directly to former Assembly Speaker, the Hon. Joseph J. Roberts of the New Jersey General Assembly. Mr. Kraminsky’s prior experience also includes working as a law clerk for one of the top criminal defense law firms in the State of New Jersey as well as one of the top high profile international law firms in New York City. Prior to opening Kraminsky Law, LLC, Mr. Kraminsky practiced law at a prominent Northern New Jersey General Litigation Law Firm in Little Falls, New Jersey, where he spent the last decade as managing the firms Criminal Defense and Personal Injury Departments.
